If a company was built, organization structure has to be existed within a firm. Why is organization structure important? It stands for how effective the companies operate. With an excellent structure, businesses may create a tremendous profit in the future. However, a successful structure has some important keys. In other words, a successful company consists of a successful structure. Wherever people are, the division of labor is a situation people will be faced in each group. This category talks about how managers distribute their power to their subordinates, how each department manage their tasks, and how corporation operated effectively. It also tells us how much responsibilities entire group or individual takes. On the other hand, effective division of labor could save the cost which businesses spend. Therefore, the division of labor in each enterprise is going to be a tendency during organizational development whenever it is in current time or in the future. Especially in service industry, organizational service cannot be ineffective. If businesses do not work effectively, they may lose substantial customers. However, how do managers effectively distribute tasks to each person? They could figure out what kind of abilities or skills their employees have based on human resource management and make suitable distribution of the jobs. It is not necessary to redesign position for subordinates as soon as possible. In other words, managers have to try to decrease the transfer of personnel within company. When the frequency is high, it represents this company do not operate effectively because each person has their own professional skills. Therefore, this problem all managers have to think of.

        Today, organizational development does not only limit in one country. It has developed from one country to another. In other words, today is globalization of the time. Under this situation, managers cannot control a company like before. That is, everything cannot be under control by a person. The concept of centralization will not suit current time anymore. Managers have to suitably distribute power to their subordinate of the managerial order such as departmental managers. Based on this reason, the result of the personal network is going to be important in managerial world. In order to reach personal network, leaders could deliver three unique advantages: private information, access to diverse skills sets, and power.
        First of all, private information is one of three advantages leaders have to pay attention. Why is private information important? As this article mentioned, Microsoft would be successful according to its program code belongs to private information even though some people hope Microsoft can make operating system program openly. Of course, it is not only one thing Microsoft owns private information. Nevertheless, unlike Linus system, Microsoft still insists on its original policy that keeps its important information to be completely private in order to maintain their competition advantage. We also have no question about Microsoft’s information security without opening their private information. Here is another example about Taiwanese industries which manufacture 12 inch wafer. Many of which have tried to move to China because there have tremendous market and low human cost in China. In addition, some companies hope they also can transfer this technique to China based on this reason. Yet our government prohibits this application because manufacturing 12 inch wafer is Taiwanese advantage. If Taiwanese lose advantage within this field, how does Taiwan deal with challenge from China even from other countries? This is a serious problem. Although the managerial method may differ between business and nation, some of ways are still alike.
        However, diversity of skill sets is another indispensable element to effectively manage a company. Some successful products come from leader’s or maker’s idea. It is not innate ability. Actually, creative is a precious asset for managers. While possessing this valuable asset, a company could create extreme value based on leaders’ creative. Of course, cooperation is another path to collect excellent ideas from partners or colleagues. This kind of route could also support leaders to make decisions to make the company stronger. Why does creation generate considerable benefit? Due to the present time that is different from before, many things have already changed a lot such as managerial methods and types of the corporations. At the same time, no matter what people’s roles are, each of whom is one unit as a machine. Sometimes their idea may be better than leaders’. When this situation happened, leaders could make a comparison between each people who offer their own idea and thought and pick up the best one which is good to company.
        As regards power, it is the other one that is a very important element to make a company stronger. To suitably spread power to subordinate of the managerial order is necessary because a leader cannot handle anything without someone’s support. As I mentioned in first paragraph, distributing power could also effectively manage a company. Combining the opinion within previous paragraph and idea which is at the beginning of this paragraph, many of managers could manage company well according to their different talent in different field. Thus, managers have to gather these thought from those who provide idea and think about how to position their employees and managers subordinate of the managerial order. Then, the company may be effective operation.
        To sum up, managers not only have their own original knowledge but also think about how to extend social connection. These are not obvious that may be your support while managing a company in the future. However, the proverb, crisis is favorable turn, is more common in the world. The same idea also could be utilized in management of the firm. Yet it is not easy for a manager even for a business to maintain these three unique advantages. The duty for all leaders is leading their business to the advance situation.

        How will you tell the difference between Taiwan and the United Stated? Although Taiwan and America are both democracies, they differ in three important ways. First of all, the difference is form of party. In Taiwan, though we have two major camps-the blue camp which prefers to keep present situation and the green camp which prefers to be independence, it consists of many Parties. In other words, we are multiparty. Thus, we sometimes have three or more candidates during election of the President. Unlike Taiwan, there are only two Parties which are named Republican Party and the Democratic Party in the United Stated. This is why there are always only two candidates during each election of the President. Another difference is the method of election. In Taiwan, people vote directly in each election, especially in election of the President. If the candidate gets the highest votes, the candidate will be the leader of Taiwan. However, the method is indirectly in the United Stated. The last process of election must be through voters. Therefore, the candidates are not sure that they could be the leader of the United Stated even though the candidates get the highest poll because the voters have to check if people who inhabit each state have qualification to vote. That's why it is indirectly in election of the President because they need to through many processes. At last, the foreign policy is not the same. In Taiwan, our government must think carefully how to keep diplomatic relationship under the heavy stress from China because the China Government has never recognized Taiwan is an independent country. In contrast, America Government does not need to consider this situation. They just want to think how to establish a strategic partner because they face the huge challenge in nation defense from China, even from North Korea. They are destroying the steady of region in America Politicians' opinion, so they want to look for help from another country if the war breaks out between China and America, even breaks out in another region such as Northeast Asia. All in all, we can figure out clearly some difference between them even though Taiwan and America are both democracies in the world.

        I don’t like to cook for myself because it is difficult for me to be healthy diet. However, cooking healthy food will be easy if you follow these steps. First of all, eating more produce will help us to be healthier. Much food contain many vitamins such as fruit and vegetables. I remember that there is one of adages in any language: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. It goes without saying, I believe that everybody has heard this adage and known the meaning of it. It expresses how important it is for our body we eat produce. For instance, I eat healthier in Taiwan than in America because the diet habit differs from Taiwan, even differs from another country in Asia. Besides, in Taiwan, I almost count as a vegetarian. The second step is choosing foods with vitamins before we cook it for ourselves. Wherever we buy the produce, we must consider which one is the best nutrition for our body. It is the top priority we need to think because the price cannot replace the health. As a matter of fact, we have to contain five basics different types of foods－Meats, fishes, beans, eggs, and milk－in diet per day because they contains abundant vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B in each item. In addition to these basics items, we also need more produce to make our body strong. The last step is oil. Selecting oil carefully is another point. If we make a meal with lots of oil, it may not only be more delicious but also can hurt our body at the same time. That’s why we need specific attention to choose oil. All in all, if you follow these steps, I believe that you will have a healthy diet.
