        NCC always do wrong thing because they restrict to those which should not be banned. Exactly, NCC should control those that some of the dramas would not suit every audience, but not be exceeding. The initial purpose of the establishing NCC for communication is to avoid teenagers watching unsuitable TV program. Yet, in addition to avoiding this situation happening, education is the top priority to implement project. Therefore, in my opinion, NCC should not exceedingly control some dramas that they think it is not suitable because the situation display in TV program always occurs in real life even in real world. The responsibility of NCC or parents is to tell teenagers even people what is right and what is wrong. Of course, some plots may not be really unsuitable because most of people at my age watched a lot of programs which NCC think they are unsuitable at teenager age. How about the effect and the result? We still can easily distinguish the difference in real world and play. Thus, I strongly encurage NCC that you do not need to worry a lot.
