I remember that there is one of adages in any language: An apple a day keeps the doctor away. It goes without saying, I believe that everybody has heard this adage and known the meaning of it. For instance, I eat healthier in Taiwan than in America because the diet habit differs from Taiwan, even differs from another country in Asia. Besides, in Taiwan, I almost count as a vegetarian. The second step is choosing foods with vitamins before we cook it for ourselves. Wherever we buy the produce, we must consider which one is the best nutrition for our body. It is the top priority we need to think because the price cannot replace the health. As a matter of fact, we have to contain five basics different types of foodsMeats, fishes, beans, eggs, and milkin diet per day because they contains abundant vitamins such as vitamin A, vitamin B in each item. In addition to these basics items, we also need more produce to make our body strong. The last step is oil. Selecting oil carefully is another point. If we make a meal with lots of oil, it may not only be more delicious but also can hurt our body at the same time. That’s why we need specific attention to choose oil. All in all, if you follow these steps, I believe that you will have a healthy diet.
