How many people in China? Due to the population have been growing rapidly recent year, the government of China has established regulation to limit the number of children whom is given birth to in each family. The government announce a policy about that with perks in order to decrease the birth rate. Today, China is the most populous in the world only because they have higher birth rate; therefore, the government is going to fine chinese if their family has two or more children. Although there is a rule in China, some elites and those who stay with high social class still have two or more children in their family in order to earn perks. Of course, it is prohibited; thus, the government plans to raise the fine to control the number avoid it grows rapidly. However, the rule is only for urban couples, it does not include rural family to possess at least one child because they not only support the large numbers of elderly people but also are poverty. For this reason, they need to get balance between urban and rural because of there are 1.3 billion people in China.
